What do you get:
- GI-Map testing – 1 stool sample that assesses the disease risks of microorganisms present in the GI tract, which is critical to develop a custom healing program for you. (see blog page for advantages of this test over traditional stool testing).
- MRT testing – blood test that tests for food sensitivities against 170 foods and common food chemicals, which is critical in identifying foods that are contributing to inflammation in the body preventing you from reaching your health goals. (This is not a food allergy test)
- Initial consultation in which you have prepared and filled out an extensive health history form as well as a 7 day food journal prior to this meeting. We will review and discuss your health history, your food journal, and results from your lab testing.
- You will receive a diet analysis to identify nutritional deficiencies, detailed diet recommendations and dietary supplementation* customized to support your needs. Lifestyle and stress reduction strategies also included.
